A man in Madhya Pradesh is facing charges after a video allegedly captures him urinating on a tribal youth.

Urination on Tribal man : Pravesh Shukla stands accused of urinating on a tribal man in the Sidhi district of Madhya Pradesh. According to his father, Ramakant Shukla, Pravesh is affiliated with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and is a representative of MLA Kedar Shukla.

A video from Sidhi, Madhya Pradesh, has caused widespread anger as it depicts a man urinating on a tribal labourer. In a recent development, Ramakant Shukla, the father of Pravesh Shukla, the accused individual, has made a statement. He claims that his son is associated with BJP MLA Kedar Shukla and suggests that the opposition is targeting him for political reasons. Ramakant expresses his hope for a comprehensive investigation into the matter and the delivery of justice.

The situation arose when a number of opposition leaders claimed that Pravesh, a resident of Sidhi, was affiliated with the BJP and served as a representative for Kedar Shukla. Nonetheless, Kedar categorically refuted any connection with Pravesh, stating that he has three representatives, none of whom is Pravesh.

Six days ago, a video capturing the act emerged on Tuesday evening, revealing a man smoking a cigarette while urinating on Pale Kol, the unfortunate individual.

The incident of a man urinating on a tribal youth from Sidhi district in Madhya Pradesh has caused widespread anger and condemnation. Even the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, expressed his outrage over the incident.

Kamal Nath, a prominent leader from the Congress party, voiced his concern about the video depicting this appalling act of cruelty towards a young member of the tribal community. He emphasized that such a vile act has no place in a civilized society, particularly when it is directed towards the youth belonging to the tribal community.

ThisPale Kol, a worker from a tribal community, is extremely scared following the incident. It is claimed that he was coerced into signing a legal document after the video gained widespread attention. In the document, it was stated that the video is entirely fabricated and that Pravesh Shukla did not engage in any inappropriate behavior towards him.

Authorities have taken action against Pravesh by filing a case under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code, namely 294 (related to indecent acts), 504 (pertaining to intentional insult with the intent to provoke a breach of peace), and the appropriate sections of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
